[Resolved]  Quikr — Misleading information shared by their customer care while selling their premier AD membership.

I booked an AD in Quikr to sell my Car and while doing the registration i was asked as option to pay for premium account and since i want to sell my car urgently I paid 458 rs through Paytm and got my AD published.
The next morning Mr Farhaan called from Quicker premier department and he mentioned to go for another premier membership and he can upgrade so my AD have visibility in entire ban galore while the one which i bought will show premium listing for my Area only which doubted however since he was from quickr premium department i trusted and paid 2100 extra .Mr Farhaan initially told that he would send another link for refund and then he mentioned he would do it internally and ask to pay 2100 as the new package cost after discounting 458 RS .

Finally when i received the invoice from quickr i saw it only mention 2100 as the package and both my premium ad were showing as published which eventually proved they sold me another package giving false information .

I called their customer care later and they mentioned that there is no number for premium and he can arrange a call back . i got a call back from escalation team 2 days back and i narrated the story and he mentioned first package is non refundable and second one he would arrange another call back for refund and escalate as it is based on number of clicks .2 days gone and no one called.
The hits which i was getting on Quick was also pathetic and appears forge as well as most ask general question and few who agreed to vist never happened.

Finally i booked a FREE Add in OLEX and i was able to get genuine response immediately .
The purpose is to make people aware of these misleading information shared by premium team so think twice before u pay to them ..

I am also looking for the call back and refund which as been told to me by your premium team for the misleading information shared by Mr Farman due to which I payed double amount.Simply writing standard response would not work.

The team from Quikr, Deepu who is their sales manager came to our office seeking listings for quikr and common floor which they have acquired. Once the payment was completed this gentleman disappears and makes every one believe that he is busy. This is because I am asking for a refund after getting fed up of their cheating ways
