I recently bought quite a number of phones from quikr through quikr doorstep.First of all i warn everyone to fall in the trap of quikr relationship managers showing greed of payback and cashback offers.They never do so.The complete quikr is a group of fraud gangsters.The relationship managers insisted and forced me buying phones which they said they will confirm the condition and the price of the phones on behalf of me to the sellers.1 particular seller from whom i purchased two phones cheated me by sending dead phones and 1 of the 2 was purchased by relationship manager named naziya taj.She insisted me that since my earlier transaction was cancelled, i will get rs.250 paytm cashback if a purchase a new phone.After i purchased and the phone got delivered, i first told her that i got a dead phone although she confirmed on behalf of me and made a payment link and asked me to pay and second is i didnt get any payback in paytm as committed.Quikr is also cheating people with the sake of onsite warranty which they mention as labour, spare costs everything but when i asked customer care regarding the warranty for the dead phones i got for 1 of which i paid extra rs.103, they behaved like hooligans and said we are not liable for anything.We can give maximum support of minor software problem.I was asked to qrite to quikr doorstep, they asked me to write to support nd from there i got mail that i ll not get any help since its an intercity purchase.The other relationship managers involved in this are siman saini and shuaib khan.All of them were earning commsisions since they saw that this person is buying old phones on a regular basis.Even the doorstep and support management also said they wont help by ne means.I think regulatory bodies must take immediate actions against these quikr frauds and they only operate from hyderabad.Even their customer care people dont know hindi properly as well.I thrown away both the phones in garbage since local technicians also said they r almost unrepairable .Sometimes customer is saying u will full refund, calling me, mailing me, harassing me and did all the bad stuffs can be done with a customer.The customer care people even were making fun by saying we have scolded the seller that why did he sell dead phones and i saw the seller changed his name and selling again at will.That particular seller blocked me, used abusive nd slang languages and quikr relationship managers said that they have complete softeare problem, so item vanishes after it gets purchased and all and all...And it continues...They dont even care although i warned dem numerous tyms that i will go to consumer complaint board against these naughty stuffs.Mr.Shoaib khan again tried to threw a net on meyesterday by saying that if i purchase another phone through him, he will help me get the earlier cashbacks and cashback for the new purchase as well.I just want the regulatory bodies to take immediate actions against these type of open scams quikr is doing with us the common innocent people.If there is really any law left in india, i appeal to give me full compensations against all the frauds they did and cheated me by selling dead phones.Whenever i say them, dey said its not under company's policy.So that means providing some money helps these business giants change company policy at their will still.Great.

thnx to consumer complaints from the core of my heart for helping me solves my multiple issues with quikr.i don't want to drag this anymore further since i got more or less good support after i put the complaint here in consumer forum.neither they called me nor they mailed me, they did nothing from their side on their own, its me who again contacted dem, clarified dem the issues again and they tried to solve the issues.even i m confused if all the issues are solved or not completely, but so far i got a few assistance from them and i m more or less satisfied with that.i want to thank consumer complaint all respected officers for helping me out solve the problem to some extent atleast against which i lost hope and almost gave up.i was tired and frustrated the way their customer care moved me here and there before.my only suggestion to quikr head management is to ask a few customer care represetative to behave properly with a customer since i purchase item from quikr on quikr's goodwill, not the sellers.a few sellers must also be verified clearly when a complain is raised against of doing fraud and cheating multiple times and then changing their names and selling again and also the few relationship manager who misguided me for my purchases.nothing else left to say.thnx consumer complaints and quikr.

I AM GENTLY REQUESTING QUIKR HIGHER AUTHORITIES TO TAKE SERIOUS ACTIONS AGAINST ALL THE THINGS HAPPENED WITH ME AND GIVE ME FULL COMPENSATION OF THE DEAD PHONES I PURCHASED THROUGH QUIKR RELATIONSHIP MANAGERS THROUGH DOORSTEP AS WELL AS ALL THE COMMITTED CASHBACK COMMITMENTS OF RS.250 BY PAYTM AGAINST EVERY PHONE I WAS INSISTED BUYING.IF LIKE THE LAST 5 DAYS I HAVE BEEN HARASSED AND IT CONTINUES, I WILL HAVE TO GO TO PUBLIC FORUM AGAINST QUIKR WITH THIS ISSUE.I HAVE BEEN HELPED BY QUIKR RELATIONSHIP MANAGER TO PURCHASE DEAD PHONE WORTH RS.1282(INCLUDING ONSITE WARRANTY CHARGES).

1 more thing i forgot to mention is that the customer care representatives atleast know hindi our national language atleast when they are interacting with indian customers since everyone is not an expert in speaking english.moreover when there is option provided of selecting language and even after selecting hindi, they are asking to speak in english only.that's something not expected really.
