[Resolved] Quikr — Money deposited to buyer after product got delivered | |||||
Hi, i sold a product on April 6th with Ad id :[protected], and the product was picked up and delivered on April 12th after much hassle. Later i waited for 1 week for money getting credited, but i found the status of Ad is cancelled, after so many complaints and talking to customer care the Ad was updated to delivered and i received a message on April 23rd that product got delivered and payment is initiated. I called up customer care on May 3rd ( after 10 working days) asking for status, they mention that money got credited on April 12th itself. how can that happen? finally after calling customer care for 10 times i got an update on May 5th that money has been credited to the buyer and now the buyer has the product as well as the money. I have sent mails to quikr (Ticket No:[protected]) and called up quikr for solving the issue but no one responds and cares too. What should i do Was this information helpful? | |||||
