[Resolved] Quikr — Money for sold product not received for over a month | |||
Hi we have sold our tv cabinet through quikr around may 12th and the product was picked up by driver sunny kumar (truck no dl 1l w 2048) however the driver has mismanaged the product and broken it on the way due to which this product wasn't accepted by the purchaser; the quikr manager has called us and offered us to return the broken product which we denied as it was in perfect condition when it was lifted from our premises. the manager has assured that he will compensate us by taking necessary appropriately. we have chased this guy and he has informed that he has been sacked and the case is assigned to new manager karam veer kashyap [protected] ([protected]@gmail.com) who has taken bank details from us multiple time and assured payment by june furst week then june 15th and june 30th. On july 1 he has informed us that his services has been terminated and this case has now been given to amit rawat [protected] who is extremely rude and non committal on resolution of the issue as againt other managers who were at least apologic about what has happened and often cited procedural delays in making the payment whilst this person who seems to be thinking as he is doing a big favour to us and after understanding the story (for 100th time) he again asked for our bank account details and provided an email id to send the confirmation of receipt of payment ([protected]@gmail.com) he didn't transfer the money and now for last 2 days he has stopped taking our calls. We request sacking of this guy as these kind of persons will never do good to your company and making our payment at the earliest. the cliam form which reflects that the company has accepted the error and has directed the persons to make the payment is attached.
