Quikr — Money looted - cancellation of order for ad id[protected] | |||
Sir/Mam, I have done a purchase and paid the money online for a mobile phone through quikr on 17.06.2015 but as the seller is not available after the purchase, I asked the customer executives to cancel my order. As I do regular follow-ups to your office and also customer care through phone and mail regarding the “Cancellation of the online purchase made for the Ad[protected]” (Transaction ID: [protected]), refund amount of Rs.17, 000 I didn’t receive the money till date. Every time I call to the customer care, the reply I got is that I’ll get a call back, but even after 15-20 times I got the same reply from the customer care executives but no call back At last on 21.06.2015 I got a call after raising a complaint on AKOSHA. The executive said that my money is processed and I will receive it in max of 10 working days just through call. I asked for a mail or sms confirmation for the same, but I didn’t get any. After that I again called back Quikr Bangalore on 23.06.2015 asking for the same, but this time after lots of confusions the person SOFIA who took the call accepted that it was their mistake and told the same that my money will be refunded but they couldn’t provide any confirmation. I waited for another week and got back to them on 29.06.2015 asking the same, they forwarded to the escalation team who confidently told me that 30.06.2015 is the 10th working day mentioned for the processing of refund, and I will receive it at any cost. But till now I did not get the refund nor a confirmation regarding this or any follow ups. Even today (02July2015), i called them and the bangalore quikr office MANAGER MANJU said sorry and told me that they will get back to me in 5 mins, but they didn't. I tried calling them the whole day, but no response. I am totally frustrated with QUIKR. I have already registered a complaint to National Consumer HelpLine on 01.07.2015 with the complaint number[protected] as I am not getting any proper reply nor the refund of my money even after approximately 2 weeks.
