[Resolved] Quikr — Money not credited to account, product delivered | |||||
Hi, Advt I:[protected] Complain Id: [protected] I sold my wardrobe through Quikr for Rs 6000/- . The customer came to see the product but see wanted to use Quikr doorstep service for delivery. She made the payment on 19th June (Sunday) and pick up and delivery was done same day. I called the customer and she confirmed the receipt. From 19th June till date 7th July I have following up with Quikr for many money. First they used to say they don't have any confirmation from logistic team. On 23rd I have a message from them that product delivered and payment will be initiated. But when no payment receive I was told that they still don't have any confirmation. Even I have received two mails from them confirming they will initiated my payment, I call everyday and will be put on hold for 30 mins with a commitment of payment initiation in 24 hrs but no solutions still date. They have my account details from 19th June itself. Please help me to resolve this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||||
