[Resolved] Quikr — Money not credited to my account by quikr | |||||
I sold a product on Quikr via AD[protected]. Though its been 1.5 months I haven't received the money in my account. I talked to customer care executive and they say they have transferred the money to some other account, while I haven't given some other bank account details. My correct bank a/c details was conveyed to customer care executive via mail as well as on the phone no, on which they confirmed that money will be transferred to the account no as provided by me. Now, they are refusing to credit money to my account. Was this information helpful? | |||||
