[Resolved] Quikr — money refund request

I had registered add with quikr under offer for moneyback guarantee for one month if product get not sold,

This is now more than 1 month over, in this period i got only one end user call, also i got confirmation while activating add for the support from quikr executive which was wrong commitment, after making payment i have not received any single call from quikr executive.
The worst service commitment i got from quikr.

This is over month now i want my money back
