I'm ayaaz ahmad i bought smartphone moto z play 32gb.. From quikr.. Order id..10434111.. I receive the phone but some content not included the phone like.. Sim tray and charger and phone is locked.. And phone display is damaged.. I inform to quikr.. Quikr reverse pickup the phone since..21/07/2018.. Today 25 days have passed but not yet replaced.. Is my request i not want to replace the phone..
