[Resolved] Quikr — my product damaged during transit | |||
My product was bought through quikr and when the pick-up person came home for the pickup it was completely checked and approved that there was no damage in the product and the same was shown to the buyer through video call. On the approval from. The seller the product was picked up. On the next day the seller reported there was damage in the product which was not there when the product was been picked up. Stating that reason the buyer rejected the product. Now the product was on return transit to me and I enquired with the customer care that what had to be done. They responded asking me to accept the product then afterwards they will give the solution. Later when the product got delivered at my place I accepted it and called the customer care for the solution. On calling they said the product has been accepted by me so they cannot do anything and spoke to me rudely. I have all the evidence and proofs regarding this.
