[Resolved] Quikr — Need an invoice and quikr customer care is refusing | |||||
I need an vat invoice for my product which i purchased to claim the onsite warranty . Quikr people are telling that should ask the seller . But my question is why will the seller give a invoice for this when he has mentioned it is not there . I am asking for the invoice which quikr has to provide me for buying from quikr doorstep . I urgently need the invoice so that i can claim for the product please help me to get the invoice because or else i have to 15k to the service center which will be waste of what product i got. This mail i sent to quikr and i didnt get response Respected Sir/Madam I need my invoice copy because i claimed for the onsite warranty and they need the invoice copy so please forward me the vat invoice copy of the product asap.
