[Resolved] Quikr — Neither product delivered / pathetic service | |||||
I have never had faith in online transactions or online shopping and i've finally been proved right. With in a month 3 times i came across a used refrigerator for rs. 5000, 7000, 4000 and after speaking to the your rm we settled at. After finalizing the purchase, i received an online bill. They charged me a shipping fee of rs. 400 within my own city and for a distance of around 10kms. I didn't mind it much because i was desperate for the refrigerator. They assured me on every purchased that it would be delivered by given date and time. I made three to four calls just to confirm that my time slot and address details were updated. I waited all the days then called up the office and a lady said that it has not yet been picked up from the seller. Sorry we are going to cancel your product and refund will initiated in 5 to 7 days. A notification or a call or a message would have been much appreciated in case there were technical issues causing the delay of my purchase. But i wasn't informed of this until i called the office. I m waiting for my purchase which is supposed to arrive today. I really hope it does. This was a very disappointing event and i'm surprised that a well known company such as quickr has such an untrained customer service and transportation team. I have receive call from your rm umesh kumar and dinita and assured me about my purchase but no one is going help me out every time i am making oline payment which is stucked to quikr and product got cancel. What is this why quickr making fake commitment to the customer. I am really dissipoint with the customer service of quickr. Details are mentioned for all 3 purchased. 1.
