Quikr — Neither product nor refund for doorstep payment

I made a purchase worth 3699 and paid using quikr doorstep delivery (3000+699delivery) on 18th july. Till now it is more than 15 days and the product is not picked up. The status still shows pending. So, i am neither getting refund nor the product i tried to submit the complaint using the app, but that too do not work. After that i have mailed more than 4 times at their i'd support @ quikr dot com. Every time i get a support ticket with assurance that a representative will talk to me in 24 hrs, which never happened till now.
This a very third class service rendered by quikr.
So, please refund my asap.
