I have not received any response from the team voluntarily except for an email response to one of my many mails. The response again was that they are waiting for internal teams response to get back to me...
So its a 36 days and no bed for an old man. and terrible inconvenience keeping a mattress for a month without a bed. Its 1/12 of a year! what is the problem? when will this end? Im so tired of it all. Please help me.

Updated by Maitili Yesterday again someone called me to ask what happened. I narrated my whole story to them again. They promised they will call back. Again nothing. It's going to be 40 days. And after 20 emails and calls and complaints on this forum still unresolved. Just how terrible is the situation? I will consult a lawyer today as I don't see you doing anything

You are not delivering the goods. You dont have any updates on the tracking pages, your people have not called to schedule delivery or apologise. REFUND MY MONIES. I dont want anything to with quikr ever again. Pleeeeeeeez return my money so I can buy a bed for my father before the old man has no need of it.
I am unable to bear this injustice and it has severe effect on my health too. I have been following up feverishly since the 1st of September. RETURN MY MONEY.

Updated by Maitili After all the complaints and tears quikr agreed to refund the money for the bed only. And the mattress was in discussion. Then the delivery team called me and begged me for my forgiveness and asked me for 'one last chance' to rectify the problem. They insisted they will come the same day and deliver the bed. I was out of town and still because of my kindness I agreed. They delivered a substandard item with storage drawers that slip in and dont fit. finishing not done at all, damaged despite being 'brand new' at my house in my absence saying I can return if I dont like.
Ive complained and begged for the bed to replaced and no one is returning my call or responding to my emails - Once again. It going to be 2 months since this ordeal began. I want it to end. Quikr, I have made a big mistake by forgiving the guy who called me and begged for my forgiveness. He shameless saved his job at the cost of my hard earned money and months of heartburn.
Ive been cheated again for the same commodity and the saga continues.
For heaven sake just give me my refund and take the bed I dont want anything else from quikr.

I made payment of 7000 on the 20th August, the bed was delivered on the 7th of October. The bed was damaged. I asked for a replacement which never happened. Finally they came and took the damaged bed on the 29th of October at 9pm. It has been 36 hours and Quikr has not yet sent even an email confirming the return and refund. Ive called the delivery boys and the vendor many times and they confirm that Quikr has already got its money from them. But quikr has not as much as informed me. Probably this is going to take another few months.
The bad taste of this experience is so bad that Ive lost faith in everything online. Went back to my local furniture store. But my refund is still pending.
And yes the mattress i bought is not taken back to Ive to now buy a bed thats the size of the mattress. Ultimate torture

REFUND PENDING
QUIKR HAS SAT ON MY 7000 FOR 2.5 MONTHS AND STILL COUNTING
The trauma and humiliation I have gone through is unthinkable. IT IS STILL NOT OVER

Updated by Maitili I hope every single person from Quikr and their vendors, involved in my case suffers their karma and goes round and round in circles for their money with no result till they spend their every waking minute fighting for their rights. This is the curse of a woman who is traumatised and stolen of her money, choice and peace. I am still fighting
