[Resolved] Quikr — no delivery or update on product for one month - 7000 paid (20th august) | |||
I have purchased a bed from quikr on the 20th of august Ad id[protected] Transaction id[protected] Amount paid₹ 7, 000.00 This was for a bed that was supposed to be delivered to me within 7 days. I have then gone ahead and purchased a mattress for this bed from quikr itself. I started following for the bed from the 28th of august writing mails making calls repeatedly. The only reply i got was: 1. We have escalated to internal team and will get back shortly - they wrote this to me on the 3rd of september and have said the same thing on the 18th of september - such is their escalation 2. They also ask me to see a tracking page which has no information except - pending written on it The mattress was delivered on time causing me even more trouble as i dont have a bed to use the mattress on. I want the bed to be delivered within this week or my money for the bed and the mattress returned this week itself so i can go and buy the bed i need. I also need to be compensated for this torture - money gone, no comfort, no update, no sleep, humiliation of getting no response after repeatedly trying.. The bed is for my aged father of 72. There is no excuse for this kind of delay - i could have easily bought something else in this much time to avoid further pain and botheration to an old man. Please help me get justice. Nov 13, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved I have got the refund for the bed and I consider the matter resolved. I had a waiting period of 2 months and 20 days to just get 7000 rupees back. The mattress I bought to suit the bed still lies with me and but I have managed to get another bed made - same size. It gets delivered today. So alls well that ends well. Thank you for helping me get an extra push on the matter. Quikr customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
