[Resolved]  Quikr — No refund for a returned product for more than 2.5 months and no response since 7th may

Quikr in its door to door service model accepts returns as part of their policy and business model. Buyers may return the goods if not satisfied.

I returned a refrigerator in april and since then have been made to follow up with quikr to get my refund for the product back. Quikr team has shown pathetich accountability and communication. Iam highly diasppointed with quikr door step team and am getting frustrated.

Here are the case details: ticket no with quikr: [protected] ad id on quikr:[protected] i made payment for used refrigerator (3 years old videocon fridge) which i returned after inspection through the same delivery guys. I called quikr multiple times and told quikr team that i am returning this product (Details can be found from qukir recordings) and since then have been calling them for refund and initially they said refund will be done. Later their answer is that they are not sure where is the refrigerator. All calls are recorder by quikr. Amount paid: rs. 7500 email conversation for refund is going on with quikr.

Since: may 7 2016 they have stopped responding to emails now.
Please help me talk to right person in qukir
