[Resolved] Quikr — No response after guaranteed purchase ad id 13562 | |||||
I had posted my ad for sale of my mobile thru the quirk guaranteed purchase on 18 may 16. I received a confirmation that quikr is buying the phone. I was also told that i should not sell it to anyone and they will collect it from me on next day. Confirmatory mail also received same day. On 18th the call center told that they had all relevant details. However on 19th they say they are missing imei and cancelling their purchase. When i asked the call center how can they just do this, he told me to go sell my phone elsewhere.. This is a very agnostic and pathetic response by a call center. Also the procedure quikr is working is very bad. Is this quikr service quality?? Was this information helpful? | |||||
