[Resolved]  Quikr — No update on returned product[protected] / awb[protected]

Team, I placed an order for iPhone 5 (64 GB) in Quikr certified mobiles on 1st Jan 2016 and received the product on 6th Jan 2016, when I checked the phone there was a battery issue were it was not holding battery for more than 5 to 10 mins hence called customer care who mentioned item needs to be returned for their quality team to validate the issue and then the other product will be sent to me. The same was arranged for reverse pick-up on 7th Jan 2016 and taken back. From then I am calling Quikr and Delivery team almost every day they keep giving me the same reason that it would take another 24 to 48 hours but it has been more than a week now. When I see the status in delivery website it is been switched between their warehouse of Bommasandra and Uttarahalli every day and till now there has been no progress and Quikr team says they cannot do anything without the item is received. Now please tell me who arranged for the reverse pick-up was it me or Quikr hence it would be Quikr responsibility to look into this issue priority and let me know the update which I haven't got a single time till now. Request you to take this issue on priority and let me know when I would be getting the phone or money. Regards, Kiran Ramesh [protected]
