[Resolved] Quikr — Non payment of the rest of the amount of rs. 8500, ticket no:[protected]; initiate the refund against ad id:[protected]

We posted an id through Quikr to sell our queen size bed and the deal was made at 9500 Rs.
Quikr hasn't initiated the rest of the the refund yet. They just refunded 1000 rs on 29th Feb. Thats it. The product got delivered to the buyer on 27th Feb and he paid the full amount of 9500. Everyday day we are calling and emailing back and forth with no answer. The customer Care rep says they have technical problem in their finance department. Till today that is 7th March, we haven't received the rest of the money yet.
