[Resolved] Quikr — Non-receipt of item purchased on Quikr | |||||
Dear Team, This is the first time I have used quickr service and the service is pathetic. I was supposed to receive the item on 25/11/2016 in the evening. However, till date I haven't received it. Moreover whenever there is a delay, quickr doesn't even have the courtesy to proactively inform the customer (customer waiting at home during the delivery slot), rather till now I have called 5 times but still the item is yet to be delivered. The payment has been made and now it makes sense that quickr is a fraud company which only takes the payment and doesn't deliver. Ad id:[protected].
