[Resolved]  Quikr — Non receipt of Refund

I had ordered a queen size bed from Quikr. (product ID:[protected] on 16/03/2021. While I was paying for order, money was debited from my account but the transaction was failed. I have still not received the refund. I was told that it would be done within 3-4 days but still waiting for my refund.
