[Resolved] Quikr — Non-refund of money for cancelled order | |||||
On 19th of April, I purchased a Godrej Refrigerator (Ad id:[protected], price 5000 Rs.) through quikr. Due to some problem in payment gateway I ended up in paying two times for the same product (5000 + 5000 Rs.). Next day (20th April) I got a confirmation of two payments from quikr. But the same day I was informed by seller that she has sold that item to someone else. Immediately, I informed quikr customer care regarding this. They told me that in this case I will receive my money within next 24-48 hours. After 24 hour when I contacted them back, they told me that seller has not cancelled that order yet so they can not initiate refund. I requested seller to cancel that order, which she did on 26th April. On 28th of April I received one refund of 5000 Rs. against order cancellation. I contacted again to quikr customer care and they told me that they don’t have my bank detail. I send them that detail also. On 3rd of May when I talked to quikr customer care they told me that I will receive my refund in 48 hours.Since then I am waiting but have not received my refund yet. Whenever I call to customer care they assure me that I will receive my refund within next 48 hours. Was this information helpful? | |||||
