[Resolved]  Quikr — one month over still I not got the replacement of my product

I got the defective phone for that reason i call the customer care for return request, they told me that they will take the product within 3 to 4 days. But their service is very poor and they take after 12 days. Many days left but i not got replacement or refund of my product.
