[Resolved]  Quikr — payment being delayed

I sold a refreshing which was picked up properly and dispatched. The fridge was delivered to the buyer as scheduled, which the buyer has confirmed too. But the quikr status is now showing as delivery rescheduled, when the delivery is already happened! Customer care executive are not at all useful, they simply repeat the status which i can see on app. They never take any action to resolve.

The buyer and delivery man both have confirmed delivery. But the status is shown as delivery rescheduled. No response or help from customer care. Feeling cheated.
