[Resolved] Quikr — payment being delayed | |
I sold a refreshing which was picked up properly and dispatched. The fridge was delivered to the buyer as scheduled, which the buyer has confirmed too. But the quikr status is now showing as delivery rescheduled, when the delivery is already happened! Customer care executive are not at all useful, they simply repeat the status which i can see on app. They never take any action to resolve. Was this information helpful? | |
