Quikr — payment debited twice for same product (ad id[protected] | |||
Regarding the ad id[protected], i tried to pay the amount 5399 on 31st dec 2019 from my savings account and it got debited from my account. However, i didn't receive the success or failure response from quikr. After waiting for few hours, i assumed that it can be some technical issue and this amount will get reversed to my account. Hence, re-initiated another payment for amount 5399 from my current account. This time i got success response from quikr and also got the product delivered. However, my first payment from savings account has not reversed till date. When i checked in my bank they said it has been credited to beneficiary and asking me to check with quikr itself. But quikr is denying that they didn't receive the first payment. I need your help in solving the issue. I am also attaching the debit confirmation from my account. The debit narration has the reference numbers by which quikr can check their account instead of going by the number of payments received for the advertisement.
