[Resolved]  Quikr — Payment done but product not delivered and false information.

This is my 2nd bad experience with Quikr. Initially I paid 4000 for a fridge with the AD ID[protected]. That order stated that it was with Quikr storage and express delivery. I waited for almost 6 days and the Quikr came up stating that the seller was not available for pickup and they processed my refund after several followups. If the Item was not picked by Quikr then why did they mention as its "This item is in Quikr storage" ?? This is some kind of cheating...

Now, I made another payment of 1000 for Ad ID:[protected]having still faith on Quikr) and I was told that my product would be delivered on 11th Feb in between 1 to 4 and it did not happen. No one from quikr called me and I myself called quikr 5 times and every time they were telling it would be delivered before EOD and it was not even pickedup. I spoke to seller and he also confirmed that he did not get any call regarding pickup and he had been waiting for them the whole day. I was given the driver number and he responded as if he don't know about quikr.

This is unacceptable...I want some quick actions on it.
