Quikr — Payment not credited to my account | |||||
I made a sale with the following AD ID:[protected]th Dec 2015. The product was picked up from my house by Quikr guys. I was told that the payment will be initiated as soon as its delivered and the cashback for PayTM will be initiated too. It's been 4 days and I checked with the buyer that the item had been delivered. But there is no payment yet credited to my account. No sms or email has been sent by Quikr regarding the delivery or tracking. Whenever I inquire the Quikr for my payment, they have a standard answer, " We are still awaiting for the confirmation form from our logistic team". Please don't act like robots and provide the same answer again and again. How hard is it for you guys to call up your logistic partner and confirm the delivery.I've mailed repeatedly to [protected]@quikr.com and [protected]@quikr.com. Quikr said that they were not able to initiate the payment due to issues with their finance department between 26th Dec and 31 Dec. Quikr then said that they initiated the payment on 1st Jan but it failed due to some issue with the finance department. Quikr said that they initiated the payment on 5th Jan. Today I called up and they said that they have initiated the payment on 6th Jan. I've wasted a lot of time in terms of mailing Quikr and calling them everyday to check the status of my money. This is the most fraud company I have ever seen in my life who enjoys seeing customer literally beg for their money. They give no reasons whatsoever for the issue they are facing and keep telling me that their finance department has an issue. So, either their finance department is underpaid or overworked.

I finally received the amount into my account this evening. But I'm yet to receive the cashback of Rs. 250 into my PayTM wallet. They said both the payments will be done together but it didnt happen. Maybe I need to run after them for this too.
