[Resolved] Quikr — Payment not received after many calls | |||
Payment not received for ad ID :[protected]. Called Quikr customer care number of times. Buyer has confirmed he has received the product the same day it was picked up. Product was picked up on 30- May. Raised ticket id : [protected]. Same response that the logistics team has not updated about delivery. The logistics team is an internal Quikr team. Jun 15, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Money was credited to bank account after follow up calls with Quikr Doorstep. But no internal co-ordination between Quikr teams and the customer service representatives give a different answer everytime. I will think twice before posting an ad in Quikr. After multiple calls, finally received the payment. But I would definitely think twice before posting my ad in Quikr. Not a customer friendly company.
