Quikr — Payment Taken and Service Not Given

Hi, I had paid money for premium Ads on 25th May 2020.
I was dealing with Quikr executive Mr. Ganpati, having - e.mail id: ganpati.[protected]@quikr.co.in & mobile number ( [protected] ). I supposed to 3 premium Ads within 24 hrs. But now it's more than 68hrs still there is no result. I have been trying your executive on his mob number. He stopped answering my calls and messages. I need an immediate solution or refund my money immediately.

I have not received a solution yet. Its been 8 days now. You had promised 24hrs to activate my Ad pack after getting my payment and its a week now. No one from Quikr is bothered to contact me so far. I have wasted one week and my money is stuck with Quikr.
