I have purchased honor 4x mobile from quikr. ad id is[protected] and ORDER ID is[protected]. at the time of purchase offer was that 400 rs will be credit in paytm wallet after successfully delivered. My product is successfully Delivered on 26 Apr 2016, 16:49 PM. But my paytm cashback is not receive in my paytm wallet and not in also seller account. after that i have send mail to quiker support at two times. but they said
As inform you earlier, we would like to inform that the cash back AD ID:[protected] of Rs.400 has been initiated to your paytm wallet number on 27th of April. We would request you to kindly sing up with in 5 days from date of initiation, post singing up the cash back will expired.
