This is regarding my add[protected] on quicker door step which got sold on 14th august and i scheduled a pickup on wednesday 16th august (10-12 pm) and it didn't happen. I didn't receive any call regarding the rescheduling or cancellation of pickup. It is when i called up the customer care they said the slot is confirmed but they are not sure why it didn't happen and they will get back to me. Same happened at the buyers end (Rishan malhotra [protected]).
I got a message at 10:45pm on 16th saying we tried to call you but i never received any call.
I scheduled a pickup again for today 17th august (12-2 pm) and called to confirm, they said the buyer haven't confirmed the delivery so it will not happen today. The buyer on the other hand called the customer care for delivery schedule but nobody got back to him.
Is this a joke?
You guys are charging almost 500 from each o[censored]s for the transfer and this is what we get???
I have taken two half days from office for this! I want the pickup to take place tomorrow and a refund of the transfer amount for the harassment we faced!
If you can't do this please refund the full amount to the buyer, i will remove my add and sell it elsewhere!
This is ridiculous!
