Quikr — poor service even after full payment & unethical behaviours

I am dr. Urvil shah (M. D.), radiologist from paldi, ahmedabad,
Gujarat. I have made contract with quikr on 9/12/17, for
Advertisement of my clinic in premium category - medical
Diagnostic lab - category with s & b banner facility also. I
Have made full payment to this on this date. Quikr person
Has told me that your service would start in 7 days and you
Will get many leads for your category sooner.
Invoice no is - 2017-18/services/006349, dated 9/12/17.
Quikr team has prepared my ad but it contains so much
Mistakes like address is not clearly seen, my service
Category is not properly displayed, my company profile is
Wrongly displayed, also banner is still not ready and not at
All displayed even after 1 month duration.
I have repeatedly tried to contact via email, local quikr person
Who has met me - taken money from me, national phone no.
But no one is answering and properly fixing probem, they
Are telling - we will do it... But when they will do it? Also i
Have not received any business lead still yet... 1 month
It looks very bad for such big name company to do like this.
So to preserve your name in market please do needful to me
And solve my problems - make necessary changes to my ad,
Start displaying banner, start giving leads to me or refund
My money if you are unable to do anything.
