[Resolved] Quikr — premium ad credits service - cheating by quikr representative | |||
I have cheated by quicker representative. I have got many call to avail premium ad accredits service. Quikr representative said that seller doesn’t have to pay convenience charges for door step delivery service if seller avail premium ad credits service. After confirming same thing 10 times finally I paid Rs. 1100 for home and life style premium ad credits and Rs. 200 for electronic products premium ad credits. When I talked with customer care executive he said you have to pay convenience charges door step service is different. Please kindly look in to this matter and kindly Refund Rs. 1300 as soon as possible. If I don’t get Rs. 1300 back ASAP, I will file a complaint in the consumer court. My cell no is [protected].
