Quikr — premium ad mis-sale | |
Ayush kumar mis-sold a premium ad for 30 days, by lying about quikr guaranteeing a sale. After 48 hrs, there was not a single view or an offer. I went ahead and cancelled. At the initial calls, i had specifically informed ayush that if i do not get views/offers, i will cancel the service. What's shocking is that they posted 6 premium ads across 6 cities, and all ads did not get a single view. This makes it clear that quikr does not have any customers at all. After being aware of this, they are still selling services, which is fraud. Ceo pranay chulet ([protected]@quikr.com) has been marked on all communication.
