[Resolved]  Quikr — product and the refund

Hi team,

I had ordered a center table on 04th jun and it was cancelled from u guys as the advertiser no longer wants to sell the product.
I again placed a new order on 05th and that product was never delivered. It took really long for every process, i escalated for more than 15 times and finally cancelled the product after 20 (Or more) days as i am never getting it. I was told i will get the refund in 4-10 hours which i have not got and it is been more than a 30 hours for now. The lady supervisor shilpa from bangalore was so rude that i had to tell her on the call that she is working for a cust care and she is supposed to be nice in order to handle the irate customers. Shame to know something like this is becoming one of the booming service in india. I also asked for the call back from the managers, which i never got.

I called the quikr team again and checked about the refund, the agent says the cancellation is never initiated. I would definitely going to share this experience of mine in media as they have never kept their promises and a service like this deserves such shame.

Also, i will be looking forward to twitter pranay chulet in case if my case is not resolved by eod.

Note : i have all the screenshots and voice slips that your agents and supervisors have spoken from the bangalore team.

This is one of the most ugly service i have seen.

Every time i call the cust care, they come back with a whole new story and a delivery date.

Seller is ready to ship the furniture, Quickr is not ready to go, unnecessary rescheduling the time. You guys have taken my money but not delivering the product. Please deliver the product or Refund ASAP
