[Resolved] Quikr — Product is picked up but not received the amount in my account | |||||
I have posted an Ad on Quikr for double bed, Ad id is[protected]. I have received couple of offers and one I accepted, after that I got a call from Quikr to schedule the pickup. The pickup is scheduled and the item is picked up from my home but the pick up guy did not gave any acknowledge slip. Now it is almost 20 days I have not received money in my account. I am calling the customer care and every-time they say they will resolve the issue in 24 hours but it never happened. I have sold the item on behalf of one of friend now i have to pay him the cost of that item. The item is picked up on[protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||||
May 2, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved The complaint is resolved. After positing complaint here within a hour I got a call from quikr and the guy told that he will take this issue with priority and resolve as soon as possible. He also shared his email id (in case I dont receive money in 24 hr). But then I received money in my account on time. Quikr customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
