[Resolved] Quikr — Product not delivered, delay in delivery since 3 days | |||
We had placed an order for sofa set on 7th december, 2016. But they told it will be delivered on 10th december, 2016 (Saturday) when we called on saturday. We were told vehicle was not available and they rescheduled to 12th december, 2016 (10 am-1pm) slot we were waiting till 7pm still we have not got our product delivered. When we called the customer care they were not able to help us much on the issue. Our add id[protected]. Pls help us to resolve this at the earliest.
