[Resolved] Quikr — product not delivered yet after purchased 15 days later | |||||
I have purchased the second hand product from seller and paid the rupees 4000 (Product amount)+ rupees 1159 (Door-step) "door-step" delivery by "quikr". "quikr" had piked-up the product from seller on 30th june 2018 and then i received the call from "quikr" on 3rd july 2018 that they will not able to drop the product to your location. Then they didn't send any confirmation mail for refund nor any sms regarding this. Was this information helpful? | |||||
