[Resolved] Quikr — Product not picked up from the seller | |||||
I have been following up with the quikr team for over 5 days regarding the delivery of the product. The ad id is[protected]. Please note: the money for the product had been transferred last week and every evening i receive a message from quikr with an apology stating that they could not pick up the product. After having called the helpline 4 times today, i was told the vehicle was dispatched this morning at 10.30 am. I have been in touch with the seller too and am told the vehicle hasn't arrived yet! Mind you it is 6.30 pm. I was given the number of the driver, mr kumar, and his number has been switched off. Phone number stated: [protected]. Every time the delivery is scheduled, today being the third attempt, i receive a call from quikr in the evening apologising and mentioning that the seller isn't available. How is it possible that i am able to contact the seller and quikr isn't?? The service is truly appalling with the only response being - the matter has been escalated and you will receive a response in 48 hours!! I either want the product picked up or my money - rs 52, 199, refunded!!
