[Resolved] Quikr — Product not returned | |||||
Hi, I had put up an ad for selling my smartwatch. The watch was picked up on 4th June. The system still showed that pickup is pending. I contacted the customer support many times about it, but only got false assurances, that it will be updated in the system. A few days back the transaction was cancelled for no reason. I again contacted quickr customer care, but again same false assurances that my product will be returned. But that didn't happen. Now my as has been deleted and I still haven't received my watch back. I am very much furious. What shall I do. Was this information helpful? | |||||
