With all respect i would like to bring it to your knowledge that i had order videocon refrigerator 235 ltrs from your company last week (22/11/2019). I have got my order today (06/12/2019) but i would like to bring it to your knowledge that product were damaged, the product outside / inside were damaged and are not fixed properly. I was expecting a perfect delivery but somehow it was not what i expected. I would like you to cancel the product. Looking for your response. Thanks. Our order no.
