[Resolved] Quikr — Products not returned back | |||||
Quikr is not returning the products they had taken from me as a service under Quikr Doorstep. After the initial 15 days of posting the ad, they were to return back the items. They have not and are just making false promises every day. In the meantime, I had to shift from my location (the reason for selling the products). Still, nothing from Quikr. I do not need calls from your support team. I NEED MY PRODUCTS back. Like earlier to posting my complaint here, your support team called up and made yet another false promise of returning my products in 48 hours.
Once again, nothing happened after that call. More than 48 hours have passed since this last call and more than 1 month has passed since Quikr is holding my products.
The intension seems to be to steal my products. Take action and return them immediately. You are attracting negative publicity from customers, investors and regulatory authorities because of inaction.
