[Resolved] Quikr — Purchased item is neither getting delivered even after 6 days nor any satisfactory response is there from customer care. | |||||
I purchase an item with ad id[protected] on 2nd april using quikr doorstep service. It was scheduled to get delivered on 3rd april. It did not get delivered. On monday, i did not get any response from quickr customer care. From tuesday onwards, i am regularly calling and customer care says that today it will get delivered for sure. They provided me 2 contact no. Also. But one of them was switch off and second one says its a wrong no. I am not the responsible person. Owner's contact no. Is not given with ad. Please get the item delivered till saturday at my place or get y money refunded in my account. Was this information helpful? | |||||
