I think Quikr started money making from quikr doorstep by making fool to customers. I made payment directly for a fridge Rs. 10, 600 (including conveyance changes). I didn't got any update for 1 day. I got an invoice of Rs. 100 where nothing was mentioned about product. Then I talked to customer care, they told me that you bought a fridge and made payment (atleast this much loyalty they showed), told that you will get a call after 44 or 24 hrs (executive was not clear at accent at all). We took number of seller from this executive as it was not mentioned in the ad. We called seller, he said, the product is already sold out. Then we again called customer care, which is not toll free. We tried it for 4 times for atleast 5-10 min each time, but they didn't redirect it to executive. Then again I got a call from Quikr doorstep, telling that the product is already sold. When I asked him why did they take payment if product is already sold, he was not having answer. I asked about refund, he said I don't have any information about it, you will have to contact customer care. Again as usual, customer care call charged but didn't connect to executive. I tried a landline given in invoice. That number got connected, but the moment he understood it's for refund case, he asked me to hold for redirecting and redirected to a random mobile number who was not a quikr person. After they I tried this landline for 9 times, firstly it was busy, then one picked up and quickly disconnected and then never picked up. I have read many customer complaints for quikr doorstep. I wish I could have cross checked that before making payment. I'm just waiting that they will refund it, don't have any option. Was this information helpful? | |||||
