[Resolved] Quikr — quikr cheating customers : ad id[protected] | |||
I ordered coir mattress and i paid full amount. Delivery took almost 3 days within the city. Found that they have sent foam mattress instead of coir and the delivery boy contacted the support and they informed that foam is better than coir instead of accepting their mistake. When i argued with them they said that they will cancel the deal and return the amount back. Where i said ok. When checked for my balance i found that they have deducted 200 rupees. When i called their customer care they informed that they deducted because customer cancelled. I tried to explain them, but they refused to do that. Hence i sent email to [protected]@quikr and they responded that they have gone to the case and apologize and informed me that they will give me promo balance. I rejected their offer as they cheated and deducted my amount. I assume that quikr is doing like with most customers and everyone leaving as it is a small amount.
