[Resolved] Quikr — Quikr Doorstep - mobiles | |||||
I ordered a mobile from Quikr Doorstep AD ID:[protected]. I received a faulty mobile with faulty display. Quikr customer care said, I had to check the mobile before accepting the courier, whereas the courier person said this can be replaced afterwards as well. I didnt realize the faulty display untill a couple of hours later, as there were spots on the display and there was no way that I could have identified it when the courier person had came to deliver mobile to me. This mobile should have been verified for faults even before it was picked up and sent for delivery to me. After I complained to the customer care, I was blandly told tha I will have to take up with the seller who is in a different city and with whom I dont have any contact! It is quikr's responsibility to either refund the amount for the phone or get it repaired for me. Was this information helpful? | |||||
