[Resolved] Quikr — quikr fraud - - miscommunication and no response | |||||
I got my furniture posted on quikr and immediately got a call from a sales rep. To convert into paid premium service will an assurance of good price and also support in terms of fetching the right set of customers for my furniture. I was also told that for 3 months, all my furniture related ads will be converted to premium. The payment link was sent to me and after i made the payment, mt ads were not converted to premium. No receipt of my payment. No response on my emails. Nobody is picking phone calls. No response from management on escalations. Looks like fraud. I need to know, what is happening in quikr.
