[Resolved] Quikr — QUIKR is misguiding the customers | |||||
For the Ad Id[protected] with the heading "Dining table with 6 chairs - Hyderabad", i paid the complete amount of Rs.2199 via online & i was told that the delivery call be receiving within 24-hrs. However, on the other side, i received an e mail with the invoice copy asking me to pay the amount of Rs.706 under "convenience fee". I didnt understand, what exactly is this? Why should we pay such extra amount? find enclosed copy supporting the same, for your convience. Do call back immediately & solve the issue.
