[Resolved] Quikr — quikr pudo

Task id - [protected] Delivery was canceled by the biker but no refund initiated. I had called the biker to confirm if the rescheduling was possible tomorrow or not for which he had told that yes it is possible but now he is asking to go to website and click some button for rescheduling. "Your complaint has been forwarded to Quikr India Pvt. Ltd. customer service. You should receive a reply from the company representatives within several days."

No one contacted me . I am waiting for them to resolve. It's not easy for me forget as I feel I have been charged wrongly. Its the driver who suggested so the authorities should refund wholly or partially
