[Resolved]  Quikr — #quikr rto service fraud

I had paid 99rs for getting the service and 1400rs to the link shared by ilyas pasha to get my duplicate dl. Still i didn't get any response from them. They have collected the documents also. They responded to some mails initially and stopped after few days.
