[Resolved]  Quikr — Quikrx exchange phones

We placed an order for Samsung Galaxy J5 in return of Samsung Grand Quattro with the help of QuikrX Exchange Phones service but we have not received any notification from Quikr. Could you please check where our order is. It is not even showing in the "My QuikrX orders". Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible and notify us.
